📝 BOOBOO SIGNATURE WORLD PASSPORT – TERMS & CONDITIONS

Welcome to the Booboo Signature World Passport Program.

This passport allows you to collect stamps by purchasing selected Signature Drinks and enjoy exclusive rewards along the journey.

Please read the Terms & Conditions carefully.

• Stamps are awarded exclusively for the purchase of items listed on our Signature Drink Menu.

• Stamps must be issued at the time of purchase. Backdated receipts cannot be used.

• Each 30-stamp cycle is valid for 30 days from the date of the first stamp. Rewards must be redeemed before the cycle expires.

• All stamps for a 30-stamp cycle must be collected in one passport. Stamps cannot be combined.

• To complete the journey, each passport must feature five (5) different Signature Drinks.

• All merchandise rewards are subject to stock availability. If unavailable, Booboo may offer an alternative item, a rain check voucher, or a free Signature Drink.

• For T-shirts, sizes are available on a first-come, first-served basis.

• Merchandise items earned through  cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged for other items.

• Lost, stolen, or damaged passports cannot be replaced or transferred.

• Complimentary, staff, promotional, and delivery orders are not eligible for stamps.

• Fraudulent or altered passports or stamps will not be accepted.

• Booboo reserves the right to amend the program or terms without prior notice.

• Stamps များကို Signature Drink Menu တွင် ပါဝင်သော drinks များ ဝယ်ယူမှုအတွက်သာ အကျုံး၀င်မည်ဖြစ်သည်။

• Stamps များကို ဝယ်ယူသည့်အချိန်တွင် တောင်းယူရမည်ဖြစ်ပြီး၊ ကျော်လွန်ခဲ့သော ပြေစာများဖြင့် ပြန်လည်တောင်းခံ၍ မရပါ။

• တံဆိပ်တုံး (၃၀) ခု ပါဝင်သော Cycle တစ်ခုသည် ပထမဆုံးတံဆိပ်တုံး ထုသည့်နေ့မှစ၍ (၃၀) ရက်အတွင်းသာ အကျုံးဝင်ပါသည်။

• ဆုလက်ဆောင်များကို သတ်မှတ်ရက် မကုန်ဆုံးမီ ထုတ်ယူရမည်။

• တံဆိပ်တုံး (၃၀) ခုလုံးကို ပတ်စပို့စာအုပ်တစ်အုပ်တည်းတွင်သာ စုဆောင်းရမည်ဖြစ်ပြီး၊ တံဆိပ်တုံးများကို ပေါင်းစည်း၍ မရပါ။

• ခရီးစဉ်အောင်မြင်ရန် ပတ်စပို့တစ်ခုတွင် မတူညီသော Signature Drink (၅) မျိုး ပါဝင်ရမည်။

• အမှတ်တရ လက်ဆောင်ပစ္စည်းများသည် ပစ္စည်းလက်ကျန်ရှိမှုအပေါ်တွင်သာ မူတည်ပါသည်။ အကယ်၍ ပစ္စည်းပြတ်လပ်နေပါက Booboo မှ အခြားပစ္စည်းတစ်ခုခု၊ နောက်မှပြန်ထုတ်ယူနိုင်မည့် ဘောက်ချာ (Rain check voucher) သို့မဟုတ် တူညီသော တန်ဖိုးများသတ်မှတ်ထားသော Drinks များဖြင့် အစားထိုးပေးပါမည်။ Values of Merchandises - Booboo Signature Stickers Pack – 7000 Ks, Booboo Signature Coaster – 10000, Booboo Black Mug – 12000, Booboo Tote Bag – 15000, Booboo Caffeine Shirt – 45000။

• တီရှပ်များအတွက် ဆိုဒ်များကို ဦးသူစနစ်ဖြင့် ရွေးချယ်နိုင်မည် ဖြစ်သည်။

• ပစ္စည်းများကို ပြန်လည်လဲလှယ်ခြင်း၊ ငွေပြန်အမ်းခြင်း သို့မဟုတ် အခြားပစ္စည်းနှင့် လဲလှယ်ခြင်းများ ပြုလုပ်ပေးမည်မဟုတ်ပါ။

• ပျောက်ဆုံးခြင်း၊ အခိုးခံရခြင်း (သို့)ပျက်စီးသွားသော စာအုပ်များကို အသစ်ပေးခြင်း (သို့) လွှဲပြောင်းပေးခြင်း ပြုလုပ်လို့မရပါ။

• အခမဲ့သောက်ခွင့်၊ ဝန်ထမ်းများ၊ ပရိုမိုးရှင်း အစီအစဉ်များ နှင့် Delivery မှာယူမှုများသည် တံဆိပ်တုံးထုရန် အကျုံးမဝင်ပါ။

• လိမ်လည်ထားသော သို့မဟုတ် ပြုပြင်ထားသော ပတ်စပို့နှင့် တံဆိပ်တုံးများကို လက်ခံမည်မဟုတ်ပါ။

• ဤအစီအစဉ် (သို့) စည်းကမ်းသတ်မှတ်ချက်များကို Booboo မှ ကြိုတင်အကြောင်းကြားခြင်းမရှိဘဲ ပြင်ဆင်ပြောင်းလဲပိုင်ခွင့်ရှိသည်။
